CAIRO, Sept 7 (Aswat Masriya) - Egyptian Agriculture Minister Salah al-Din Helal has tendered his resignation to Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb and it was accepted, the cabinet said in a statement issued on Monday.
The cabinet statement did not give any details about the reasons for the resignation.
Helal's resignation came shortly after a public prosecutor's decision to ban publishing in a case of high ranking officials receiving financial bribes.
