All Egyptians are entitled to celebrate the anniversary of then January 25 revolution in their own way without violence or vandalism under any pretexts, head of the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) Mohamed Saad al-Katatni said on Friday.

Everyone has the right to celebrate the revolution's anniversary in their own way whether by means of peaceful demonstrations or through developmental projects, Katatni wrote in a statement on his Facebook page.

The FJP had said it will not take part in the demonstrations on the revolution's second anniversary yet last Tuesday it launched a campaign called "Together We Build Egypt" to commemorate the revolution.

The campaign's goal is to develop education, industry, agriculture, and housing, Katatni explained.

"No one has the right to exercise violence or vandalise the state's institutions and the properties of Egyptians under any pretext," he stated.
