Protesters rallying in Cairo's Tahrir Square on Sunday exceeded 200 thousand as marches and more demonstrators continue to join and call for President Mohamed Mursi's ouster.

Around 500 women gathered at the main platform in the square to chant against the Muslim Brotherhood's rule.

Mursi’s opposition staged mass demonstrations on Sunday to push for a no-confidence vote against him and call for early presidential elections, exactly a year after the Islamist president was sworn into office.
