Abu Ismail supporters attack Wafd's hq, set paper alight

Supporters of Sheikh Hazem Salah Abu Ismail attacked on Sunday al-Wafd's headquarters in Dokki and torched the party's newspaper headquarters, Wafd journalist Mohamed Abdel Fattah said.

On CBC channel, Abdel Fattah urged citizens to defend the party's headquarters.

The number of attackers is around 500, Tarek al-Tohami, member of the party's higher committee, said, adding that they are carrying automatic weapons and molotiv cocktails.
