The Media Spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Yehia Mousa, said on Wednesday that the outcome of the day's clashes in the governorates of Dakahlia and Port Said reached 57 injured persons.

The spokesman said in a statement, reported by the Middle East News Agency, that 55 of the injured are from Port Said, whereas two are from Dakahlia.

Meanwhile, in the city of Mahala Kubra in the governorate of Gharbia, an aswat masriya witness said that the governorate's security directorate has sent for additional security reinforcements after the clashes escalated between the security forces and protesters.
