Update: Egypt opposition does not plan to convene

The Spokesperson for Egypt's main opposition alliance, The National Salvation Front, said on Wednesday that the Front would not convene today, denying an earlier announcement by the state-owned news agency.
Khaled Dawood said in a statement that the news of a meeting by the opposition group to discuss its position from the president's call for national reconciliation reported by the Middle East News Agency was untrue.
