Official result of Egypt’s presidential election will be announced on Sunday June 24 at 3 p.m. at the State Information Service headquarters in Cairo’s Nasr City, Hatem Bagato, secretary general of the presidential elections commission, announced.
“Judge Farouk Sultan will announce the final result on Sunday,” Bagato said in a statement obtained by Aswat Masriya.
“This might be my last message to you as secretary general of the presidential elections commission,” he added.
