Tahrir protesters allowed citizens and employees into the Mugamaa - Egypt's largest bureaucratic institution - on Thursday, after a four-day shut down, reported the state news agency.

Hundreds of citizens flooded the governmental building in hopes to finish administrative procedures on Thursday.

Raged protesters blocked entry to the building starting Sunday demanding the release of political detainees and pressing on their revolutionary goals.
