Judge Sultan: Special stamps to avoid tampering with ballots

The Supreme Presidential Elections Commission decided to provide special stamps for the heads of poll stations to deter off attempts to tamper with ballot papers, Judge Farouk Sultan, head of the, stated.

The voting process proceeded as planned in 95 percent of the poll stations, opening within 45 minutes as some judges arrived late, Sultan added.
