Mursi meeting ends with no specific tasks for team – aide

The first meeting for President Mohamed Mursi with his aides was constructive, Mursi’s aide Pakinam al-Sharqawi said on Sunday.

The meeting included initial proposals for the tasks of all the aides and discussions on coordination between them in order to reach a unanimous approach on how to assist and aid the president in performing his tasks.

President Mursi met on Sunday at the presidential palace with his aides Pakinam al-Sharqawi, Essam al-Haddad, Samir Morkos and Emad Abdel Ghafour in addition to members of the advisory body.

According to the Facebook page of the president’s spokesperson, al-Sharqawi stated that Mursi did not impose on the aidse specific tasks but gave them time to put forward their visions and ideas and to deliberate and develop their tasks.
